Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board / Responsible Alcohol Management Program
The Association Bar Staff has been trained and certified in the PLCB Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP).
The training included introduction to PLCB rules, preventing underage purchases, preventing intoxication, signs of intoxication and dealing with those that have had too much to drink.
The Association is in the process of implementing the overall RAMP program which not only includes training of the bar staff.... but, also implementing policy, training of management and the posting of signs noting the the Association checks ID and will not serve those that appear to be intoxicated. We appreciate the cooperation of the memebership and their guest in this effort.

Retail Food Facility Inspection
The Association clubhouse is a licensed eating / drinking facility and is subject to annual inspection by Commonwealth representatives. The last inspection was conducted on November 8, 2011. No violations were noted. A copy of the report is posted in the clubhouse and on file with the Association Rec. Secretary.
Club House Smoking Policy:
Under the Pensylvania Indoor Clean Air Act (ICCA) effective September 11, 2008; the following applies to the Association club house.
The Board of Directors voted to permit smoking as provided in the ICCA. There are no mandated restrictions since the club house is not open to the general public, nor do we conduct events that are.
In addition, the ICCA dosen't exclude junior members, minors with a parent or guardian or guests from the club house (with smoking permitted) since those individuals are not considered the "general public".
FOLEY RULE ::
The Foley rule pertains to electronic entertainment in the club house bar. Specifically.... the use (non-use) of the juke box during a televised event of interest to the members of the club.
It would be impossible to list any and all conditions which the juke box would be turned off. Generally it has been implemented with a spirit of cooperation. If there is a significant number of members present that would like to hear the sound of a televised event (for example: football game, basebell game, NASCAR, etc...).... said members are to make such a request to the bartender (or designated person), the bartender (or designated person) is to determine if the request is legitimate based upon the parameters noted, take appropriate action. Written notice of this rule is posted on the right side of the juke box.
We realize there will be conflicts of interest at times. We can not please everyone, but we try to please as many as we can within reason... all members are to cooperate, as with any event. We appreciate your understanding and help in making this an Association we all can be proud of.
CLUB HOUSE (BAR) GUESTS:
PLCB law and Association House Rules permit non-members as guests of a member in the club house. Guests are not permitted to purchase alcohol per PLCB law, but a member may purchase drinks for their guest(s). The guest is permitted to remain as long as his sponsor (or another sponsor) is present. The bartender (or management) have the right to deny service to any guest(s) and require that said guest leave the property at once. Sponsoring member is completely (legally and financially) responsible for their guest(s). Number of visits by a specific guest are restricted per House rule #8.
CONDUCT REMINDER:
The Association bar is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Both Association and Commonwealth laws apply. Persons not observing these laws (rules & regulations) will have their membership suspended or terminated.
Proper and socially acceptable conduct is required at all times. There is to be no profane language or fighting.
Please review the Association By-Laws; Rules & Regulation book for rules that apply while on Association property.
